Squaw Valley Lodge
Squaw Valley Lodge is a hotel/condominium complex located at the base of the Palisades Tahoe, Olympic Valley (formerly Squaw Valley) Ski Area. It is composed of 7 buildings with approximately 300 units varying in size. The Lodge was built in several phases beginning in the mid 1980s and being completed with the newest building in 2001.
Squaw Valley Lodge enjoys ski-in ski-out access to Palisades Tahoe, one of the country’s best ski areas. In addition to the skiing access, Squaw Valley Lodge offers a number of amenities for owners including: swimming pool, indoor and outdoor spas, sauna, exercise/weight room and 2 tennis courts. There are also a number of services provided by Squaw Valley Lodge including but not limited to: concierge, airport transportation, maid services and a in-house rental program.

Village at Palisades Tahoe
The Village at Palisades Tahoe is a pedestrian village at the base of the ski area which lets both guests and locals enjoy the ambiance of the valley. The Village has a variety of shops and restaurants making it easy to spend an afternoon or evening strolling along its cobble streets or sitting by the fire pit enjoying the mountain vistas.
The Village is composed of two phases, First Ascent and 22 Station with a total of five buildings: First Ascent, North Face, South Face, 22 Station West and 22 Station East. Each of the buildings offers commercial space on the first level while floors two through four are fee simple owned condos available in one, two and three bedroom floor plans. The Village has a two story underground parking facility in which each condo owner is given one unmarked parking space. In addition, each owner has a ski/snowboard storage locker.
Throughout the year The Village hosts many special events including art and craft shows, festivals, countless live concerts, free movie nights in the summer, decorations and festivities for celebrated holidays and plenty of activities for the kids. Learn more about The Village at Palisades Tahoe.

Resort at Squaw Creek
The Resort at Squaw Creek is located along the southern edge of Olympic Valley’s meadow and below Red Dog Ridge of the Palisades Tahoe (formerly Squaw Valley) Ski Area. In 2005, the Resort at Squaw Creek went through a major renovation creating beautiful hotel-condos featuring extraordinary views, luxurious finishes, expansive windows and a priceless ski-in ski-out location. The Resort Chair lift is just outside the building providing access to the ski area.
These fee simple ownership condos include studio, one, two and three bedroom units. Penthouse units are also in the mix and are located on the 8th and 9th floors on the side of the building that views the Palisades Tahoe Ski Area of Olympic Valley. These two story units at the Resort at Squaw Creek offer truly dramatic views of the valley.
A variety of amenities allow for enjoyment in all seasons, including golf, swimming pool complex, ice skating, gym and spa facilities, valet parking, concierge, restaurants, shopping and more.
